Here is a collection of all the new happenings with Panama Coast Properties.
The main road that will feed the entire first phase of Alta Vista is completed. This means that we now prep and build the spurs that come off the road for each lot. Building in this way makes the lots bigger, provides less of an environmental impact and overall allows us and our clients to use less supplies.
We will also start the second main road for the second phase as we are prepping all the lots with water, electricity and dealing with clients' building plans.
We have a Cerro Hoya scouting trip down. Our local guide and the local ANAM staff (Agriculture Ministry) are on board for sustainable, eco-friendly tourism and hiking treks. The staff of Panama Coast Property is happy and excited about the prospects of seeing parts of Cerro Hoya in all its majesty on this trip. Some of Panama's most special fauna live back there and we hope to catch signs of their existence. We will keep you posted on the process of this endeavor.
As we prepare for the rainy season, we urge everyone to start researching the weather patterns and the seasons down here in Panama. Great weather and a little bit of it all to please everyone.
